revolutionizing how we nurture global children

SEED FUNDERS - we are here to share with you our soul call!

Join Us: Revolutionizing Nurture for Children Born into Poverty

We are building ENLIGHT, a Regenerative Learning Village in Gede, coastal Kenya. This project stands as a new prototype for raising up children born into poverty to their fullest potential, providing them with the practical skills and resilience they need to thrive, right within the socio-economics of their communities. With this and more RegenVillages for children to come, those born into the least will pioneer future generations thriving by Holistic Regeneration.

The Problem with the Current System

For children in deep need in Kenya, traditional schooling is often not enough.
  • Families struggle with nearly impossible school fees.
  • The system demands high performance on frequent, stressful exams.
  • Very few children have the chance to attend higher education.
  • Even fewer graduates secure employment.
  • This creates a cycle of failed expectations and hopelessness. A change is long overdue.

ENLIGHT: A New Blueprint for the Future

ENLIGHT stands to be a prototype model, replicable in Africa and beyond. We can nurture children in deep need to reach their fullest potential, integrating the mastery of essential academic skills with hands-on, regenerative living practices + emergency shelter.

Understanding Regenerative Practices

Regenerative systems, by design, give back more than they take, use circular planning to be resourceful, and foster resilience in the face of change. Reflecting natural patterns, designing with whole-systems thinking these concepts have long been the cornerstone when communities and cultures of people dwell in a conscious and symbiotic relationship with their environment.
We align with worldwide cutting edge movements to promulgate Regenerative Design and Regenerative Development while including the children who hold the key to the next generation we envision living in balanced wellbeing.

Children in our model will:

  • Practice sustainable building skills.
  • Learn indigenous crops and regenerative farming.
  • Develop critical primary academic skills while participating and learning the growing
  • Gain practical sustainability skills by building emergency shelters for and with other children.

We Have Already Begun…

We have secured 1.5 acres of land in Gede and are already transforming sandy, arid soil into rich, fertile ground using organic materials that would otherwise be burned or buried.

Our Team and Collaborators

In two years of R&D, We have formed strong local partnerships:

  • Kingi Baya, Farm Manager: Growing rich soil daily on our “Indigenous Regenerative Farm” plot.
  • Famiglia Milele: Our “Sister” rescue center, a respected local organization with 14 years of experience, providing urgent and transitional shelter for children.
  • Expert Local Collaborators: A dedicated team specializing in law, permaculture, botany, finances, and the well-established local NGO “Kesho Kenya” is both a collaborative partner and fiscal sponsor.
  • Staff: Educators and project assistants are at the ready.

We Need Your Help: Join Our “Angel” Team!

We are seeking “Angel” funding and co-inspirators to join us in this crucial phase. We have a clear, 5-page action plan covering three phases over the next two years.

Our Immediate Goal: $88,000 USD (Seed Funding)

With this seed funding in place before December 2025, we can secure all core operations:

  • Land Security: Purchasing one plot and leasing the adjacent one.
  • Construction: Erecting sustainable buildings (superadobe) with community and child participation, learning all the way
  • Farm Preparation: Fully preparing the farm for sustainable agriculture, a food forrest.
  • Programming: Implementing the core programming of the Learning Center for children.
Where Your Money Goes (Seed Funding Breakdown):
Phases I & II SEED grant = $88,000 usd
Note: Our full 10-year budget is $880,000, but we are only focused on raising the initial seed funding right now.

The Impact: A Generation Transformed

This is more than sending kids for an archaic style of education; ENLiGHT is a model for societal, environmental and human regeneration from the ground up.
Children in this model will:
  • Embody practical skills to build, grow, create, and innovate.
  • Be resilient and resourceful, not broken by a stream of failing expectations.
  • Contribute to their communities economically and socially.
  • Disrupt cycles of hopelessness, neglect, crime, and corruption.
